The committee’s mission is to improve the quality of life for Rimouski’s students. Parents in eastern Quebec now have a tool to help them find a daycare facility. The objective of this one-stop service is to compile a database of all the requests for daycare that parents file. This site, run by the Réseau des services à la petite enfance de l'Est-du-Québec (Early childhood services network of eastern Quebec) will bring together, in the medium term, the 22 public and private daycare centers and the eight offices that coordinate home-based daycare providers.
