The national library has a digital collection of postcards printed between 1900 and 1950, which can be viewed on the web. More than sixty photos of the city of Rimouski and the Sacré-Coeur and Pointe-au-Père sectors are available.

The Corporation de soutien au développement technologique des PME is a non-profit organization created by the leaders of companies in the Lower St. Lawrence, Gaspésie and North Shore regions, in partnership with the Université du Québec à Rimouski and Canada Economic Development. Its mission is to promote technological development and innovation within the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Eastern Quebec and the North Shore

Regional Hospital (French only.)
The regional hospital of the Health and Social Services Centre (HSSC) of Rimouski-Neigette is the largest in Eastern Quebec. The Centre hospitalier régional de Rimouski has 255 beds, including 219 short-stay beds and 36 beds for long-term psychiatric care. Ambulatory services complete the range of offered services, including specialized outpatient clinics, one-day surgery, one-day paediatric medicine clinic and more.
