Free Public Access to the Internet

The City of Rimouski allows the public to connect to wireless Internet for free in some of its buildings :

  • Bibliothèque Lisette-Morin (Lisette-Morin Library) 

    • No user ID or password is required. 
  • Bibliothèque Le Bic (Bic Library) 

    • This hotspot is part of the network run by Z.A.P. Bas-Saint-Laurent, a non-profit that provides free wireless Internet access to which the City contributes. User IDs and passwords for use of Z.A.P. hotspots are assigned by the organization. 
  • Bibliothèque Pascal-Parent (Pascal-Parent Library) 

    • This hotspot is part of the network run by Z.A.P. Bas-Saint-Laurent, a non-profit that provides free wireless Internet access to which the City contributes. User IDs and passwords for use of Z.A.P. hotspots are assigned by the organization.
